As a Specialist, Fleet Administration, you will play a key role in supporting maintenance and transportation operations by managing fleet systems, improving processes, maintaining compliance records, and delivering operational insights. What you'll be doing: Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Manager+, Eptura, Geotab, and other fleet management, telematics, and maintenance systems. Configure, maintain, and enhance CMMS workflows, preventive maintenance schedules, work orders, inspections, reporting tools, forms, checklists, and workflow automation. Maintain accurate fleet asset, maintenance, inventory, and compliance records while ensuring system data integrity. Support fleet technology systems, including onboard cameras, telematics platforms, and related hardware and software through installation, troubleshooting, updates, and upgrades. Develop and maintain standardized digital processes that improve maintenance, transportation, safety, and operational performance. Administer inventory and asset management programs, including inventory tracking, barcode systems, audits, cycle counts, and inventory optimization initiatives. Ensure maintenance records, inspections, registrations, permits, and fleet documentation comply with DOT, FMCSA, customer, and company requirements. Assist maintenance operations by troubleshooting fleet technology and trailer electrical systems while supporting maintenance workflows and equipment reliability initiatives. Create reports, dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics that support operational decision-making and continuous improvement efforts. Identify opportunities to improve system utilization, maintenance processes, inventory controls, equipment performance, and overall operational effectiveness. Collaborate with Transportation, Maintenance, Safety, Operations, Information Systems teams, and external vendors to support business objectives and deliver training where needed. Promote a culture of safety, accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement. Support special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.    Requirements to be successful: Experience administering fleet management, telematics, CMMS, and related operational systems. Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel, Outlook, and Word. Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and fleet technology issues. Knowledge of inventory control processes, cycle counts, and record management. Ability to interpret and follow company procedures, maintenance processes, and regulatory requirements. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technicians, operations personnel, vendors, and business partners. Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy. Analytical mindset with the ability to independently resolve routine and moderately complex operational challenges. Demonstrated commitment to safety, customer service, and continuous improvement.    Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field preferred. 2-4 years of experience in fleet operations, maintenance support, transportation, logistics, inventory control, or related fields. Experience with fleet management systems, CMMS platforms, and telematics technologies. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.   Some physical requirements and working conditions: Work may be performed in office, shop, and outdoor environments and may include exposure to weather, noise, heavy equipment, and industrial hazards. PPE is required where applicable.
