The Customer Experience Team Leader (Manager) is responsible for optimizing pricing execution systems and processes to improve accuracy, maximize customer satisfaction, and grow Schrieber profitability. You will be responsible for executing deduction management processes to reduce deduction days outstanding and increase the invalid recovery. The Customer Experience Team Leader collaborates cross-functionally to develop best in class processes and strategies to align with business objectives and ensure consistency across the organization.

This position will be located at our home office in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

What you'll do:

  • Hire, train, coach, establish, and evaluate developmental activities for team members. Identify opportunities for professional growth.
  • Develop a team culture of continuous improvement, transformation, accountability, influence, and advocacy of change through partners, systems, and processes for the entire customer experience team.
  • Guide team in making decisions that directly impact the organizations cash flow and profitability.
  • Work closely with Sales, FP&A, Product Strategies, and Transportation to develop and maintain pricing policies, guidelines, and strategies to align with business objectives and ensure consistency across the organization.
  • Monitor, maintain and communicate deduction KPIs, enabling leadership to clearly understand outcomes and impact on financial results.
  • Evaluate, advocate for, and maintain best practice pricing and deduction management tools and practices to increase flexibility, efficiency, and accuracy.

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor degree in Business or related field
  • 7-10 years of experience in Customer Experience, Sales, Supply Chain or Finance
  • Demonstrated ability in leadership and organizational influence on behalf of the customer
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Excellent communication, organization and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated, creative and flexible
