To be highly trained and operate many pieces of robotic equipment (a system of 5 robots working together) in a 35-38 degree environment in order to meet and exceed customer requirements. To operate under the rules and regulations of GMP and perform duties safely. To work independently as a critical part of a team with the willingness to make personal sacrifices for the good of the team and Schreiber. To communicate in a positive manner with other partners and leaders to execute overall company goals for cost, quality and service. Work with Leaders and fellow partners to ensure Food Safety and Partner Safety. Understand and execute standard operating procedures relative to position. Perform all PCP and CCP checks required for position. Follow reaction plan for Food Safety, Food Quality and customer requirement outages and by contacting TA/TL. Will work as a member of the layer picker team, ensuring optimum output through the robotic layer picker system. Position requires full commitment; must be able to ensure that robotic layer picker is able to be run continuously. Partners duties include: verifying stock numbers and code dates on product, ensuring product is in proper condition, removing wrap from product, correcting errors within the robotic system and computer system and mechanical troubleshooting as needed, driving a forklift to replenish pallets and slipsheets, picking product on the manual pick station, programing new stock codes and stacking patterns into the layer picker computer system, perform other DC functions (such as OB, loading, unloading, and induction), and any other duties as determined by TA/TL.
Bid 6 (Thursday - Saturday; every other Wednesday; Night Shift; 6:00pm - 6:00am)
Pay Scale ($23.75 - $28.31)
$5/hr Weekend Premium Pay is applied from Friday at 6:00pm through Sunday at 6:00pm
