To produce a consistent product that meets our Customer requirements and Schreiber Foods Inc., standards.
Eligibility Requirements:
Must have a working knowledge of computers, especially Word and Excel programs.
Testing the candidates knowledge base of computers is required.
Must score at least 20 on the Wonderlic Cognitive Thinking test.

Work with leaders and fellow partners to ensure Food Safety and Partner Safety. Understand an execute standard operating procedures relative to position. Perform all PCP and CCP checks required for position. Follow reaction plan for Food Safety, Food Quality and customer requirement outages and by contacting TA/TL. Be able to identify and understand customer requirements and assist in assuring proper operation and product. Record accurate data on production reports.

Must be attentive to detail of packages including code dates, packaging, and packaging.

Must have the ability to lift and occasionally maneuver 50 lb.

Must be able to learn computer skills, OPM, MFCS, and spreadsheet/word processing programs like Word and Excel. Current operating skills preferred.

Must be able to read and understand the daily production schedule to ensure the correct boxes and labels are used for the different orders for all lines.

Must be able to distinguish between good quality and bad quality cheese, consistently checking for any deformities in the package or the cheese and perform any necessary tests. Must have strong attention to details.

Must be able to read and have basic math skills to complete all the necessary paperwork, which involves written communication, and the use of a ten-key calculator and be willing to learn micro sampling.
