Provides regional oversight and support for the effective implementation and execution of Schreiber's Quality Management System (QMS). Ensures alignment with global standards while addressing regional business needs. Supports consistency, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement through system creation, program monitoring, coaching, data analysis, and collaboration with site and global Quality Systems partners. Acts as a regional liaison between site quality teams and global Quality Systems leadership to identify risks, share best practices, and support enterprise quality initiatives.

Essential functions

  • Support the monitoring of site adherence to QMS processes (CAPA, document control, non‑conforming events) and regulatory/customer requirements

  • Provide technical guidance, coaching, and training to site quality teams; serve as escalation point for complex system issues

  • Support the European needs of core QMS system(s). Including but not limited to LIMS, EQMS, SharePoint, PBI, Hive, Databricks, Traceability.

  • Develop European scorecards, dashboards, and KPIs reporting to support leadership, Create means of analyzing and reporting European quality trends, risks, KPIs, and audit findings; support continuous improvement initiatives

  • Create tools to analyze and report European quality trends, risks, KPIs, and audit findings; support continuous improvement initiatives

  • Collaborate with Global Teams to continue to advance and standardize core QMS.

Key Ingredients

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in Quality Systems, Manufacturing or Food Industry

  • Understanding of core Quality Management Systems (CAPA, Document Control, NCRs) and Regulatory and customer compliance requirements

  • Root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies

  • Data analysis, reporting, including report visualization, and KPI interpretation including understanding and knoedlge of PBI, Databricks, EQMS Reporting, LIMS Reporting, and basic automation.

  • Strong communication, influence, and cross‑functional collaboration

  • Validation and Systems Integrations

  • High systems aptitude with ability to model, manage, and automate standard work processes
