3rd Shift

• Sunday through Thursday
• 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

As a Flexographic Press Operator, you will:

• Set up and operate a Nilpeter flexographic press to meet quality and production standards.
• Monitor product quality while minimizing material waste and maintaining safety standards.
• Ensure all materials and supplies are available to support efficient press operations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and customer expectations.
• Support Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and ISO quality initiatives.
• Contribute ideas that drive continuous improvement and innovation.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Two or more years of printing experience.
• Experience with: 
  • Cold foils
  • Hot stamp dies
  • Rotary screens
  • Tactile varnishes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Experience working within ISO quality systems.
