Rewind Operator (3rd Shift)
Green Bay, WI
Smyth-Green Bay is looking for a detail-oriented Rewind Operator to join our Print Finishing team. In this role, you'll help produce high-quality product labels seen on store shelves every day while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Schedule
Sunday - Thursday | 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
What You'll Do
- Set up, operate, and maintain CEI rewind equipment
- Inspect finished labels to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow production specifications and work priorities
- Complete production documentation accurately
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks
- Support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform basic math and read a ruler
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work
- Flexographic printing experience preferred
- Lean manufacturing experience a plus
