- Executive presence with highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Secret Clearance

- Staffing experience at Group or TYCOM level
Responsibilities
This opportunity is ideal for a self-starting, detail-oriented, and technically proficient individual to be a key member of a small team supporting development of new nuclear submarine operations, training, and maintenance (including depot-level) capabilities. The successful candidate will deliver technical assessments and analysis to provide recommended innovative approaches to operate, train and maintain/repair nuclear submarines. The successful candidate will collaborate and coordinate with COMSUBGRU SEVEN, TYCOM staff, and fleet personnel, as well as prepare and deliver reports and briefings to TYCOM and OPNAV leadership. The successful candidate will track and monitor project schedules and provide recommendations to leadership on schedule decision making to ensure key milestones are achieved.
Salary Range: 140-160k.
