The ideal candidate will have experience developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining applications within the U.S. Army Financial Management Command (USAFMCOM) in Indianapolis, IN. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Located in Indianapolis, IN. This position will require the candidate to go on-site M-F. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. At minimum 5+ years of experience in Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI) Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication skills. Active Secret security clearance. Desired Qualifications: Microsoft Power Platform Certification (PL-100, PL-400, or similar). Responsibilities The candidate will design, develop, and deploy solutions using MS Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications, as well as conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of apps and workflows. The candidate will maintain documentation of solutions, architecture, and processes, and ensure security, scalability, and compliance of developed solutions. The candidate will have the following responsibilities: Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Conduct feasibility studies and provide recommendations for Power Platform solutions. Solution Design: Design scalable and maintainable Power Platform solutions. Develop technical specifications and architecture diagrams. Development: Build custom applications using the Microsoft Power Platform. Automate workflows using Power Automate. Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. Develop chatbots using Power Virtual Agents. Testing and Deployment: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Deploy solutions to production environments and ensure successful implementation and adhere to data protection regulations. Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner. Implement enhancements and updates as needed. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions. Provide user guides and training materials for end-users.
