The Office Services group provides general office support for SPA's Lorton, VA location and local offices in the Washington, DC area. #IN1 Responsibilities Provide support and room setup for meetings/conference rooms. Cover reception desk on as needed basis. General office support, including upkeep of Xerox copier/fax machines, postage machines, binding machines, shredders, and other office equipment. Ability to interact with Senior Government Officials and/or General Officers. Maintain a professional and personable demeanor. Displays initiative and be proactive in response to office related issues. Move furniture and hang dry erase/corkboards. Change lightbulbs. Escort vendors within the buildings. Assist with inventory, stocking, and organization of office and kitchen supplies. Deliver documents, mail, and supplies internally as well as between area offices. Assist with office moves, including the ability to lift 50 pounds. Qualifications Required Qualifications: HS Diploma. Ability to use MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Hours: Core hours 8:00am – 5:00pm - Must be flexible to come in as early as 07:00am and stay as late as 6:00pm depending on need (not on same day). Must have own transportation and a good driving record. Some travel between Lorton and Alexandria (HQ) offices. Desired Qualifications: Mechanically inclined candidates are encouraged to apply.
