The Regional Strike Systems Group (RSSG) team supporting the Nuclear-armed, Sea Launched Cruise Missile (SLCM-N) program is seeking a Financial Program Analyst in the SLCM-N Business Operations Directorate that is responsible for the planning, budgeting, directing, and administrative management of programs in support of the SLCM-N Program Office. The SLCM-N team supports the US Navy's development of a nuclear-armed cruise missile that will serve as an agile and survivable sea-based capability sized and postured for theater deterrence. SPA's SLCM-N team is highly cross-functional, integrated, and collaborative. The team is looking for current Strategic Division (SD) employees who are interested in management experience and growth. Responsibilities The candidate will support the development and acquisition of a major Department of the Navy weapons system. The candidate will be responsible for: Serve as a point of contact for human capital strategy, workforce planning, and HR operations. Assess current and projected staffing needs and develop workforce plans aligned with mission priorities and budget constraints Coordinate hiring actions, position management, and classification packages with servicing HR offices. Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including job announcement development, candidate coordination, onboarding, and orientation. Advise leadership on workforce trends, succession planning, retention strategies, and talent gaps. Maintain accurate personnel records, including assignments, evaluations, awards, certifications, training, and separations. Coordinate performance management actions, employee relations matters, and HR policy compliance. Track mandatory training and facilitate workforce development and leadership training initiatives. Prepare workforce data reports to support audits, inspections, and compliance reviews. Ensure protection of sensitive and personally identifiable information (PII) in accordance with security and privacy requirements. Conduct periodic quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance. Prepare weekly status reports and identify overdue or at-risk actions. Serving as an Action Officer, assisting in the coordination and execution of planning meetings and client projects in support of the various efforts. Qualifications Required Qualifications: This role requires the candidate to report daily to the SPA Maritime Plaza with frequent trips to the Strategic Systems Programs HQ at the Washington Navy Yard. Active DoD Security clearance (SECRET or TOP SECRET). Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Management, or a relevant technical discipline). 8+ years proven experience in administrative or program management support roles in a military or government environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create and present complex ideas clearly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with scheduling and data management tools. Desired Qualifications: Experience directly supporting a program within SSP. Experience developing and briefing senior leaders including SES's and Flag Officers.
