The Intelligence Programs Group (IPG), part of SPA's Space and Intelligence Division, is a specialized provider of systems engineering and trusted advisory services to the Space and National Intelligence community. We utilize mission-proven, data-driven advisory tools and capabilities. We provide highly technical support to ensure the government acquires cutting edge technology necessary for our National Defense. Our portfolio includes the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). Come where you will be part of our high-caliber team! SPA has an immediate need for a Senior Program Control Analyst. Responsibilities The Senior Program Control Analyst will be responsible for performing complex financial analysis of budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned programs. Will act as key technical expert on financial analysis issues. Shall coordinate, negotiate, and resolve financial compliance issues with various governmental agencies to ensure accurate interpretation of contract requirements. Will establish and define program plan requirements for assigned work. You will coordinate interdepartmental development of program plans and interface with vendors and customers, as required. Monitor and report performance against plans to ensure that contractual cost and schedule objectives are met. Review and consolidate program baseline and program spend plans at the Directorate and Agency level. The Analyst will also conduct cross-program analyses at the program office. Identify tradeoffs within and among competing programs; provide executive managers with resource alternatives. Maintain Directorate and/or Agency wide budget tracks at directorate, project, sub-project, and MSA levels. Review Directorate and Agency level data in the NEXT, Agency FIRST, and Intelligence Resource Information System.
