The Account Manager role is a full-time, in-office position located in Springfield, MO requiring approximately 30% travel.

Own & Grow Key Accounts
Manage relationships with OEM customers as the primary point of contact
Build trust across procurement, engineering, operations, and leadership
Drive account retention, expansion, and long-term partnerships
Drive Revenue & Opportunity
Identify new programs, upsell opportunities, and service improvements
Develop quotes, proposals, and pricing strategies
Turn customer insights into measurable business growth
Deliver Best-in-Class Customer Experience
Lead communication, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction
Coordinate with operations, supply chain, quality, and engineering teams
Manage escalations while balancing customer and business priorities
Leverage Data & Strategy to Support Growth
Support forecasting and communicate demand trends
Contribute to sales strategy and market insights
Participate in customer reviews, trade shows, and industry events
Experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer-facing roles
Background in manufacturing, OEM, automotive, or industrial products preferred
Strong skills in relationship management, communication, and problem-solving
Experience with CRM systems and ability to be trained on company specific system
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
Comfortable with 30% travel
Experience managing complex accounts or supply chains
A commercial mindset with focus on revenue growth and profitability
Confidence navigating challenging customer conversations
