What You Will Get To Do:
- Manage the financial set up or termination of new client conversions or lost customers as well as the testing of new releases for financial modules related to system/software upgrades
- Communicate at a broad level with other functional areas regarding data reporting, funding and payments, investments/cash positions and operational issues of a complex nature
- Provide direction and support, removing barriers to a positive work environment and act as an advisor to meet schedules and/or to resolve complex and/or escalated issues
- Review, recommend, and/or approve and administer human resources decisions, such as hiring, terminations, and promotions and are accountable for setting and meeting one or more department budgets
- Work with all levels of management to develop long term plans, review processes, and implement departmental policies, procedures, goals, standards and best business practices
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor's degree
- 6 years' of experience in Accounting
- Has an understanding of bank payment systems and processes related to cash management, controls, EFT and check payment transactions
- Must possess strong technical abilities in using desktop applications
- Medicare experience preferred, not required
- Develops positive working relationships with internal and external customers that are built on trust and integrity
