What You Will Get To Do:

As an Ai and Automation Support Architect, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for automation solutions across the organization. You will work under the guidance of the Automation Support and Operate Manager to ensure the stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of deployed automation processes. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for problem-solving, strong technical acumen, and a collaborative mindset. 

Monitoring and Troubleshooting: 

  • Monitor automated processes and system health using tools such as Blue Prism and Chorus. 

  • Proactively identify and troubleshoot automation issues, providing timely resolutions and escalating when needed. 

Incident Resolution: 

  • Support the incident management process by resolving assigned tickets within SLA. 

  • Log, categorize, and document incidents, working with relevant teams to ensure closure and root cause analysis. 

Automation Enhancements: 

  • Assist in maintaining and updating automation scripts and workflows to improve performance and reliability. 

  • Apply patches and updates under the direction of the manager and collaborate on system upgrades. 

User Support: 

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users of automation solutions. 

  • Guide users through standard troubleshooting steps and document common resolutions in the knowledge base. 

Collaboration and Handover Support: 

  • Work closely with the Build/Develop teams to ensure successful transition of automations into production. 

  • Provide feedback on failure points or improvement opportunities from a support perspective. 

Documentation and Reporting: 

  • Maintain and update technical documentation, including runbooks, FAQs, and support procedures. 

  • Contribute to incident and performance reports by supplying key technical details and status updates. 

Continuous Learning: 

  • Stay current on updates and features in automation platforms and monitoring tools. 

  • Participate in training sessions and team knowledge-sharing activities. 

 

Key Skills: 

  • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Blue Prism (Must Have) and Chorus (or similar platforms). 

  • Working knowledge of Python for automation, scripting, log parsing, or diagnostics. 

  • Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, or other ticketing/support systems. 

  • Basic to intermediate skills in SQL/PostgreSQL for querying logs and data sets. 

  • Exposure to API integrations and ability to support monitoring/reporting enhancements. 

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Ability to follow structured processes and document support activities clearly. 

  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and continuous improvement approach. 

What you will Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). 

  • 2–4 years of experience in a technical support or automation developer role. 

  • Experience supporting or developing automation solutions within an enterprise environment. 

  • Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation support tasks. 

  • Blue Prism Foundation Certification (strongly preferred but not required).
