Part-Time Associate: Investment Marketing  – SS&C ALPS Advisors

SS&C ALPS Advisors, a boutique investment manager, is hiring a Marketing Associate to join our growing Marketing team. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for providing creative, graphic production and traditional marketing support to the Marketing team while playing a key role in helping to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. Job Description:

• Develop marketing collateral, both new and from templates, to support channel initiatives
• Collaborate on content and design development to ensure brand alignment across all channels
• Create and manage engaging designs across all channels, including designs for ad campaigns, industry events and social media/website
• Support and monitor internal systems and infrastructure (Adobe Workfront, Salesforce Library, Hubspot, et al.)
• Brainstorm new and creative growth/outreach strategies with the Marketing team
• With support, create and manage marketing campaigns including social media, email marketing, and website landing pages
• Support development and publication of weekly podcasts and monthly webinars
• Coordinate with printers and other vendors to produce marketing collateral

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or Graphic Design
• Financial industry experience
• Graphic production experience
• Working understanding of type and layout
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat and Photoshop)
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Self-starter with ability to work independently under the general direction of management
• Must have strong organizational skills with the ability to work and prioritize several projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Resourceful with a strong attention to detail
• Team player with a positive attitude and ability to learn quickly and take on challenges
