What You Will Bring:
The Data Consultant will manage data conversion projects from start to finish while maintaining deadlines and overall client experience mainly for new firms implementing on Black Diamond. In addition to project management, the Consultant will perform data transformation and audits as part of the ETL (extract, transform and load) process and work directly with clients to understand needs and ensure the data supports those needs.
What You Will Get To Do:
Work with institutional partners and clients to clearly define conversion requirements and identify appropriate conversion solutions and procedures
Manage data conversion project from start to finish while maintaining deadlines and overall client experience
Analyze data points provided and ensure proper formatting before loading into Black Diamond
Identify anomalies that may arise during the process and propose a meaningful solution
Understand and communicate effectively results of audits before and after data is loaded
Set appropriate expectations with internal partners as well as client stakeholders
What You Will Bring:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in a business-related field required
Strong attention to detail
Advanced skills working with Microsoft Excel
Strong project management skills
Self-motivation a must
Great organization skills
Ability to work in a true team environment
