Job Description:

We are seeking a DCI and Reconciliations Analyst to join a team which undertakes all aspects of the reconciliation of cash and assets in client portfolios held by third parties (typically Discretionary Fund Managers) to the company's internal systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies and ensuring records are kept up to date in accordance with regulatory standards, industry good practice and company policies.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that all reconciliations are undertaken promptly and accurately within agreed timeframes.
• Liaising with Third Party Providers to obtain information and query any differences or missing information.
• Working to defined Process Management guidelines to achieve agreed SLAs.
• Participate in team meetings & look for ways to improve service and processes.
• To assist the wider team with ‘ad-hoc' projects and in other tasks.
• Acquire, expand and retain sound product knowledge of relevant company products and awareness of their attributes and rules.
• To act in accordance with the Company's operating and compliance procedures at all times and to bring any potential or actual breaches to the immediate attention of the Team Leader.

• Management of static data.
• Client reporting.
• Daily pricing of assets.

• Exceptional numerical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Relevant industry certifications or qualifications.
