Graduate Intelligent Automation Developer

If you're passionate about tech, automation, and AI, this is your opportunity to make an impact. As a Graduate Intelligent Automation Developer, you'll work with cutting-edge tools like Blue Prism, Python, and large language models (LLMs) to help streamline business processes and introduce intelligent solutions at SS&C.
What you'll be doing:
- Learning to build and maintain automated solutions using Blue Prism
- Developing scripts and tools using Python, C#, and SQL
- Designing smart solutions for real business challenges
- Setting up and working with Linux and Windows Server environments
- Exploring and integrating AI and machine learning into automations
- Using LLMs/VLMs to enhance digital solutions
What we're looking for:
- A degree in Computer Science or similar (2:2 or above)
- Passion for learning new tech and solving problems
- Some experience with programming (especially Python)
- Curiosity, creativity, and the drive to challenge how things are done
- Good teamwork and communication skills
What you'll learn:
In your first 6 months, you'll complete structured training in Python, C#, SQL, and Blue Prism. You'll start by shadowing and contributing to smaller fixes and automations while learning our Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). You'll also get access to O'Reilly courses for deep dives into machine learning and AI. By month 6, you'll be ready to take on more complex automations of your
