What You Will Get To Do:
The Insurance Solutions Specialist is responsible for coordinating and administering insurance-related services for corporate superannuation clients, employers (where applicable), members, and beneficiaries.
Manage end-to-end insurance application and underwriting lodgement processes, including communicating insurer decisions and updating member accounts.
Prepare and submit claims documentation, follow up on outstanding requirements, and coordinate referrals to the Trustee Services team as needed.
Oversee the full lifecycle of insurance claims, ensuring timely and effective communication with insurers, clients, claimants, members, beneficiaries, and their representatives.
Support initiatives such as Protecting Your Super and Putting Members' Interests First, and ensure timely updates to member insurance accounts.
Provide empathetic, compassionate support to vulnerable clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
Drive continuous improvement by capturing key data, refining processes, and contributing to system enhancements.
Respond to inquiries via the insurance phone line and Help Hub Chat, including participation in early morning and late shift rosters as required.

What You Will Bring:
2–3 years of experience in the insurance and superannuation industry, with a focus on claims and/or underwriting administration (preferred)
Experience in superannuation fund administration (preferred)
RG146 accreditation is advantageous
Solid understanding of superannuation and insurance-related legislation
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (basic to intermediate level)
