What You Will Get To Do:
Conduct Customer and Market Research to support your product(S)
Develop and maintain your teams roadmap
Engage with clients/partners for feedback loops and co-creation opportunities
Pitch large projects to support roadmap
Define features and requirements, write tickets
Define and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches
Lead a SCRUM team as a Product Manager
Collaborate with development and QA to oversee delivery
Monitor production metrics and incidents, and lead post-mortems for continuous improvement
Establish and grow and maintain stakeholder engagement
What You Will Bring:
5 to 10 Years of Product Management or similar experience in FINTECH
Proven ability to support and grow existing products
Proven ability to develop and deliver new features
Strong stakeholder management across business, tech, compliance, and external partners
Ability to make informed prioritization decisions across competing requirements
Demonstrate clear understanding of modern scrum and product management frameworks
Knowledge of latest AI technologies and how they are used to solve problems and enhance stakeholder experience with technology
Excellent communication skills for executive-level presentations and decision making
