  • Ensure business change impacts are clearly understood and managed, including process, control, and capability impacts.
  • Partner with Operations to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and support operational resilience and client outcomes.

  • Support transition, separation, or integration activities where required, ensuring operational and client impacts are effectively managed.

What You Will Bring:

  • Strong end-to-end project management capability across complex operational and technology-enabled initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
  • Solid understanding of operational risk, governance, and regulatory frameworks (APRA/ASIC).
  • Experience supporting automation, platform transitions, operating model change, or large-scale process improvements.
  • Familiarity with registry or fund administration platforms; exposure to SS&C platforms (e.g. HiPort, Trust Architect) is highly regarded.
  • Strong planning, reporting, and communication skills, with attention to detail and delivery discipline.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications; project management certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) viewed favourably.
