- Provide application and environment support across multiple non-production and production environments.
- Support Chorus application environments across Windows and Linux platforms.
- Perform system administration activities including log analysis, service management, scheduled tasks, and resource monitoring.
- Support deployment readiness activities including configuration checks, validation, and data refresh coordination.
- Diagnose and resolve environment-related issues across networking, security, certificates, and infrastructure layers.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and automation tooling, primarily Jenkins.
- Troubleshoot application servers including IIS, JBoss, and Apache.
- Use monitoring and observability tools to identify and investigate performance or availability issues.
- Collaborate with Developers, QAs, BAs, Architects, and Infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and deliver changes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational documentation.
- Experience in application and environment support roles within enterprise systems.
- Solid system administration skills across Windows Server and Linux.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
- Scripting skills in Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
- Experience supporting IIS, JBoss, Apache, and API-based services.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including DNS, firewalls, load balancers, and certificates.
- Ability to diagnose complex issues across application, infrastructure, and configuration domains.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Chorus workflow applications or similar platforms.
- Exposure to release and change management processes.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Elastic and Dynatrace.
- Understanding of disaster recovery and production support operations.
- Familiarity with configuration management, secrets handling, and environment governance.
