What You Will Get to Do
- Partner with leadership to create solutions for features and enhancements.
- Define product requirements and collaborate with designers, engineers, and quality assurance to design and deliver cutting edge solutions.
- Work with the leadership team to define scope, schedules and communicate status throughout the development process.
- Collaborate with teams to develop first class documentation, trainings, and case studies for the product.
- Execute minimum acceptance testing on new features and functionality.
- Handle escalated support incidents on an ongoing basis.
- Self-start and quickly develop an in-depth knowledge of the business, workflow, product and systems that interface with Geneva and use that knowledge to proactively add value to the development process.
What You Will Bring
- 5+ years as a Product Manager with experience in financial services domain: Portfolio Management/Accounting, Trade Order Management, Execution Management, Risk Management, etc. is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
- Must possess excellent listening, interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate ideas clearly to influence others.
- Ability to apply troubleshooting and analytical skills when resolving problems.
- Team-oriented; ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of people and roles from business users to highly technical developers and QA engineers.
- Works well under pressure.
- Willingness to collaborate across time zones.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a technical field is highly preferred.
