Description
The Fixed Income Analyst - I ALM supports the Fixed Income Strategies team by collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to produce and develop Asset/Liability Management Analyses for fixed-income clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist senior team members in analyzing financial statements, interest rates, liquidity, and credit risk.
- Process monthly and quarterly analyses of clients' investment portfolio/balance sheets and various risk measurements using Excel-based and other complex financial models.
- Interact daily with senior team members and sales representatives.
- Interact with clients to obtain data necessary to prepare analyses.
- Manage special project demands of senior team members.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum required: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business.
- Minimum required: 0-2 years related experience required.
LICNESES AND CREDENTIALS
- Minimum required: SIE, FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 or must be obtained within 6 months of employment.
SYSTEMS AND TECHNOLOGY
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Work, PowerPoint, Outlook.
