Description
The Treasury Management Quality Assurance (QA) Coordinator is responsible for performing quality control reviews of all newly established deposit accounts and associated customer information file maintenance. The primary objective is to ensure accuracy, completeness of documentation, and strict adherence to all internal procedures and relevant banking laws and regulations.
What We're Looking For
- Perform daily reviews of new accounts, including account documentation and data input, to ensure compliance with the Bank's internal policies, as well as state and federal regulations.
- Verify correctness of information captured on the core banking systems against the source documents.
- Track errors and missing information, document findings, and work closely with the account opening team to ensure timely correction and receipt of all required supporting documentation.
- Ensure the safe keeping and appropriate storage of customer account documentation.
- Stay up to date on internal policies and procedures.
- Assist with other special projects and tasks as assigned.

- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, handle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities and function effectively in a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with internal departments and all levels of stakeholders.
- Strong accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
Education & Experience
- Minimum Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum Required: 1 year related experience

Systems & Technology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Ability to quickly learn the bank's core systems.
