**Weekend Coverage every third weekend**

Ratios: Days= 1:5, Nights= 1:6, Weekends= 1:5-6
Years of experience REQ: 1 year
First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Yes, BUT CANNOT AO - will need to be reviewed by Unit Manager to proceed with offer.
Weekend REQ: Yes – every third
Certs REQ: ACLS and BCLS

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes, Floating within service line and Med Surg, floating between Toledo, Flower, Bay Park, & Wildwood facilities as needed.

Acute Inpatient rehab, Blood glucose monitoring, Feeding devices/adaptive equipment, Feeding tube care and management, NG tube insertion, PEG Tube feeding and management, Swallowing precautions, Thickened liquids, Foley catheter insertion/ removal, Blood Administration, Care and management of ports, Starting IVs, Anti-Coagulants, Anti seizure, Diuretics, CVA, Neuromuscular disease, Parkinsons disease, Post Craniotomy, Seizure disorders, Spinal cord injury, Stroke scale assessment, Traumatic Brain injury, Assistive Devices, Mobilization Techniques, Pulse/CMS checks, Suture/ staple removal, Total Joint Replacements, Assessment of Breath Sounds, COVID, Incentive Spirometry, Pulse Oximetry, Suctioning oral and nasotracheal, Supplemental oxygen delivery, Tracheostomy care and suctioning, Epic, Diabetic Teaching, Fall Risk assessment, Infection Prevention, Isolation Precautions, Lift/ transfer devices, National Patient Safety Goals/Core Measures, Pain Assessment Management, Patient Teaching, Pressure Ulcer Assessment/Prevention, Wound care
