Position Summary
TerraBella Southern Pines is seeking a licensed Hair Stylist to serve as an Independent Contractor two (2) days per week, providing salon services to our Assisted Living and Memory Care residents. This role is ideal for a stylist who is professional, compassionate, and enjoys working with seniors in a supportive, community-based setting.
Responsibilities
Provide haircuts, shampoo and style, perms, and other salon services as requested.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming salon environment.
Adhere to all state, local, and community infection control and safety standards.
Engage with residents in a courteous and friendly manner, creating a positive salon experience.
Maintain appropriate licensing and liability coverage as required for independent contractors.
Qualifications
Current cosmetology license in the State of North Carolina.
Experience working with senior clients preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage scheduling.
Must demonstrate an interest in working with a senior population.
Contract Details
Independent contractor position, two days per week.
Flexible scheduling within community needs.
Stylist sets service pricing, collected directly from residents/families.
