**Job Description:**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our team at The Pointe at Lifespring Senior Living. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, taking orders, and ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, provide recommendations, and answer questions about food and beverages.
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff in a timely manner.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
- Monitor tables and guest needs to ensure satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including setting and clearing tables.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless service.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food safety and sanitation standards.
- Uphold a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience as a server or in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and tips.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages (if applicable).
