Tetra Tech's High-Performance Building is hiring a Civil Engineer. The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for providing civil engineering design. Typical projects include a wide variety of federal, industrial and commercial projects involving site layout and design, stormwater management, green infrastructure and water/wastewater collection and conveyance systems.
Your Responsibilities will Include:
- Working with project teams to create land development plans for our commercial, industrial and federal clients.
- Modeling water systems, design pump stations, force main sizing, and water tower designs.
- Performing water resources engineering and modeling for surface water management systems and stormwater collection/conveyance systems.
- Planning and designing water/wastewater/stormwater treatment, facilities/distribution/conveyance, pumping, and storage facilities projects;
- Producing green infrastructure and low-impact development stormwater design and hydraulic analysis.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (or a related field).
- Professional Engineer license.
- 7+ years of experience.
- Experience in stormwater, water system and pump station hydraulic modeling.
- Experience and knowledge in commercial or industrial site development.
- Experience in Autodesk Storm and Sanitary Analysis.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
- Position open to U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents.
