What You'll Get to Do: The Civil, Water Resources, or Geotechnical Intern is a paid internship (3-4 months) for an upper-level college student, recent graduate, or graduate student in the civil engineering field for the fall or spring term. This internship presents the opportunity to gain experience and insight into various aspects of the consulting engineering industry from project planning through field work and client management.

Your Role:
- Support Tetra Tech engineering professionals with meeting project deadlines and goals
- Responsibilities will include desktop research, data entry, technical writing and review, assisting in project administration, possibly field work, and other various assigned duties
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in civil, biological and agricultural engineering, or similar, from an accredited university or a recent graduate from such program
- Excellent technical writing skills that include the ability to read and comprehend technical and scientific information
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to proficiently communicate with all team members
- Interest in dams preferred
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, HEC-HMS / HEC-RAS, gINT, or AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus
