Tetra Tech is seeking a talented and organized GIS/Revit Analyst to join our Asset Management Team. This is a remote WFH position. The candidate must possess a strong background in ESRI and Revit and have excellent analytical skills. This position is responsible for management of daily production activities of mission planning, data processing, and creation of final GIS and Revit products and deliverables

Responsibilities: Processing of geospatial data, including evaluating accuracy and sufficiency, and ensuring compliance to applicable project and industry standards. Create 2D and 3D Revit models from point cloud data and other data sources. Add additional detail and asset attributes to models. Integrate models with CMMS/IWMS platforms like Archibus. Capture field data and translate into digital models.
• Coordinate the execution of large scale reality capture based modeling projects.
• Perform in-depth assessments to investigate, uncover and understand a customer's business issues
• Be able to demonstrate, map / integrate disparate AEC technologies to solve design workflow inefficiencies
• Identify and propose options for improvement or resolution of customer issues and relate those solutions directly the customer's business goals / issues
• Deliver engaging, professional online product demonstrations to clients
• Develop technical proposals for implementation of solutions in conjunction with Sales and Marketing Team
• Deliver and manage consulting engagements
• Deliver training classes both internally and at client sites
• Provide Technical Support to help with team technical issues
• Grow and maintain respected, long-term, trusted advisor relationships with customers.
Qualifications & Requirements:

• Extensive Revit knowledge covering both setup/configuration and modeling
• Must have current direct experience with the process, workflow and use of Autodesk BIM design solutions, especially Revit and AutoCAD
• Must understand the workflow between various members of the design team
• Must have direct experience with architectural design methods related to building planning, design and construction
• Must have direct experience as BIM or VDC management
This position requires the candidate to be a U.S. Citizen due to the projects they will be working on.
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in an AEC field highly desired – Architectural Design Discipline preferred. Five years of technical experience with training/education/coursework in related GIS/BIM/Revit/LiDAR technology may be accepted via proof of training certificates/CEUs/references.
• Five years of experience in BIM or VDC management is highly desired.

This position requires periodic field work to conduct data collection. Walking, standing, climbing, stooping and navigating in office, industrial, manufacturing, operational, field or other environment is required at times up to 10 hours per day, indoors and outdoors, with potential exposure to various weather conditions.

This position has the potential to travel approximately 50% per month and at times 75% per month. Field work is a part of this job and job sites can vary from greenfield/brownfield, construction sites, manufacturing or industrial sites, healthcare sites, military installations, education facilities, administrative facilities, or other operational locations in the built or natural environment. Exposure to weather and other environmental hazards could be present and will be planned for to limit exposure and ensure employee safety.
Language & Communication Skills:
Ability to read/write/speak fluently in English. Ability to effectively listen and communicate, communicate technical ideas in a non technical manner, ability to clearly and concisely convey ideas, results, findings, write reports, and communicate with clients.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to read and understand design drawings, construction drawings or blueprints, perform basic arithmetic and calculations related to area, perimeter, volume, length, height, and width.
Other Skills:
Experience with Revit and other Autodesk products highly desired. Experience with ESRI GIS products highly desired.
