We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support our Cosentini business unit headquartered in New York City.  You will partner with the leadership team and managers to provide expert advice and operational support.  In this role, you will take an active hands-on role in all human resources functions for the business including talent management, career development, recruitment, and retention.  

We offer a hybrid work environment with the flexibility to work from home at times.  

Your Role:
• Provide consulting and functional expertise on HR deliverables such as recruitment, performance management, compensation, succession planning, and employee relations
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with managers and employees
• Develop and implement recruitment strategy and manage full life-cycle recruitment process including sourcing applicants, screening resumes, interviewing, negotiating offers and closing candidates 
• Manage the units' performance evaluation and compensation programs
• Implement corrective actions, including disciplinary actions, to improve or correct performance that is below expectations/standards
• Provide coaching to supervisors 
• Ensure compliance with affirmative action, EEO regulations, Federal and State regulations and all other regulatory requirements as needed
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Support and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, including participation in employee resource groups

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development or a related field is required
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources with increasing responsibilities; at least 5 years in a lead HR business partner capacity
• Comprehensive knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
• Comprehensive knowledge of the relevant laws and regulations pertaining to the human resource function
• Ability to successfully interact with staff at all levels in the organization
• Analytical skills required to extract, format, analyze and interpret data, and organize the information in a way to effectively communicate with business leaders and their teams
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and high attention to detail
• Experience with HRIS systems, Oracle and Taleo preferred 
• Proven successful record of developing and implementing recruitment strategies and actively recruiting candidates for an organization.  
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
• PHR or SHRM-CP preferred

Pay: $100,000 - $140,000 annually, commensurate with skill level and experience.
