Tetra Tech AMT is looking for a Task Leader - Office 365 Support to support our FAA business. The Job Leader will oversee project execution within the Office 360 Productivity branch, which is responsible for product management, system administration, and operation of the agency's Microsoft Office 365 (O365) Cloud service. This role demands strong leadership skills and the ability to manage various operational aspects related to key Agency business applications, including email, e-archiving, and collaboration tools. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management alongside specific experience in supporting cloud-based services and enterprise applications.

  • **Resource Assignments:** Manage and assign contractor staff resources for projects involving O365 services and legacy Lotus Notes applications, ensuring optimal resource allocation
  •  **Reporting and Documentation:** Produce weekly reports, presentations, and documentation as needed, focusing on operational performance and project status
  • **Product Roadmaps and Improvements:** Assist with product roadmaps, performance and process improvements, and other forward-looking activities to enhance service delivery and support for O365 functionality
  • **Task Management:** Ensure that tasks related to operational support, incident resolution, and critical situation management are being completed and delivered on time
  • **Risk Identification and Mitigation:** Identify operational risks and assist in formulating and implementing effective mitigation strategies to minimize impact on service delivery
  • **Operational Support:** Oversee operations management of O365 and Lotus Notes applications, ensuring delivery of core messaging functions as required
  • **Service Management:** Provide service management support, including process life cycle management, continuous service improvement, and operational trend analysis utilizing existing low-code/no-code tools
  • **Technical Support:** Provide technical support which entails messaging architecture and design, operational analysis, and addressing operational issues as they arise
  • **Compliance and Security Evaluation:** Evaluate security requirements and coordinate with the FAA's Security Operations Center to implement security enhancements and perform routine audits for system compliance
  • **Records Retention:** Ensure in-place records retention for email and Microsoft Teams chats in accordance with the FAA's records management office requirements
  • **Program Support Activities:** Conduct annual reviews and updates of the Project Management Plan for O365 services, knowledge management articles for the service desk, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the 360 Productivity branch. Participate in roadmap planning based on new product releases from the O365 vendor. Engage in product evaluations and support activities initiated by the Department of Transportation, including monthly phishing exercises

The successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management)
  • Five (5) years of relevant experience in project management or a related field, with at least two (2) years in a lead role demonstrating effective leadership and team management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members in a collaborative environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana) and familiarity with O365 capabilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of enterprise cloud services, messaging architecture, security compliance, and e-discovery processes
