Reports To: VP, Butane & Business Development Position Summary: The Marketing Analyst collaborates with Marketing, Operations, Accounting, and Contracts teams to coordinate scheduling activities, perform analysis, and support the development and optimization of marketing initiatives.  Key Responsibilities: Interface with customers, carriers, railroads, and facilities to ensure product movements by truck and rail meet Texon service standards. Assist with ticket reconciliation to tie each scheduled load to supporting documentation, including actualizing volumes, verifying loads against the appropriate contracts, and reviewing carrier and railroad invoices. Provide timely status updates to the Commercial team regarding demurrage, loading and unloading issues, carrier performance, embargoes, and service interruptions to maintain a high level of customer service. Manage fleet balances and rail transit times to ensure order schedules are met and unnecessary rail accessorial costs are avoided. Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding movement status, ticketing information, and shipment details. Partner closely with Accounting and Settlements to ensure shipments are accurately entered and processed in time for monthly close deadlines and assist in resolving volume or pricing discrepancies. Develop tools, reports, and analyses to optimize logistics and supply costs. Manage overall supply and demand balances. Monitor supply and sales contract performance and recommend optimization opportunities. Collaborate with Contract Administration to prepare contracts and complete Deal Sheets.  Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and accountability. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 applications. Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across departments. Effective cross-functional collaborator who represents Texon professionally with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to support 24/7/365 operational requirements, including occasional after-hours, holiday, and weekend work. Ability and willingness to travel as needed. Preferred Experience: Three to five years of professional experience in marketing, data analysis, commercial operations, logistics, or a related field preferred
