Pay Range: $120,000-150,000 annually, based on experience

Main Function:
- Provides enterprise-level administrative, operational, financial, and clinical oversight to specified clinical areas within Diagnostic Services and assumes accountability for the coordination, integration, and performance of clinical and business functions.
- Works closely with the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer to advance strategic priorities, financial sustainability, operational effectiveness, and quality outcomes for Thompson Health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality performance of all Diagnostic Services areas.
- Provides direct supervision of multiple depts. across the hospital & administrative coordinators at multiple sites; overall responsibility includes approx. 100 associates.
- Accountable for overall clinical, operational, and financial performance, including productivity, labor management, expense control, and revenue optimization.
- Leads development of operating and capital budgets; manages performance to achieve fiscal year targets.
- Participates in development of hospital objectives and long-range strategic plans.
- Ensures compliance with all regulatory, licensure, and accreditation standards.
- Develops and evaluates leadership performance; mentors leaders in operational and financial decision-making.
- Represents Thompson Health professionally in community and industry settings.
- This position may be required to function in a clinical capacity, consistent with licensure, scope of practice, and organizational needs.
- Operates with minimal direct supervision and communicates clearly and routinely with the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer regarding clinical quality, operational performance, workforce metrics, and financial results.

- Possesses expertise in Diagnostic Services with a strong working knowledge of healthcare finance, operational analytics, and management theory.

- Demonstrated ability to align clinical excellence with business performance and organizational strategy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level presentation and public speaking capabilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of clinical theory, practice, and technology to support high-quality, efficient care delivery.
- Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide administrative leadership, consultation, and direction to Associates.
- Actively guards the confidentiality of sensitive information related to patients, associates, and organizational operations.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in a healthcare-related field or Business is required.
Expertise, license, and registry in at least one specialty of Diagnostic Imaging required.
- Minimum of three years of progressive healthcare management experience with direct responsibility for operational and financial outcomes.
- Demonstrated record of career advancement with increasing leadership, fiscal, and strategic responsibility within the healthcare environment.
- Demonstrated ethical leadership, advanced communication skills, and strong interpersonal effectiveness.
Pay Range: $120,000-150,000 annually
