Pay Range: $19.94 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Transport: Safely transport patients, ensuring their comfort and security.
- Sterilization & Supply Management: Apply basic principles of sterilization, maintain sterile supplies, and ensure proper stock rotation.
- OR Equipment Management: Prepare, clean, and maintain OR equipment, ensuring functionality. Coordinate equipment requisitions, liaise with vendors, and manage repairs/replacements.
- Surgical Team Support: Collaborate closely with the surgical team, assisting with supply inventory, delivering specimens and blood products, and maintaining an organized OR suite and support areas.
- Anesthesia Support: Provide coverage for Anesthesia Technician duties, including cleaning anesthesia equipment.
Required Competencies:
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make flexible decisions.
- Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with medical, nursing, and other departments.
- Commitment to maintaining patient, staff, and health system confidentiality.
- Knowledge and skills to provide age-appropriate patient care.
- Proactive in ensuring adequate and functional equipment for safe patient care.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- BLS certification required.
- Prior experience in bedside patient care (long-term or acute health facility) preferred.
Working Environment:
This role operates in a fast-paced surgical environment, requiring physical stamina (lifting, pushing, pulling) and exposure to various clinical elements.
Pay Range: $19.94 - $25.00 per hour
