Description
- Greet and direct customers to the Continuing Care Center, answer telephones and take messages.
- Provide a welcoming atmosphere in the lobby and maintain a pleasant environment.
- Provide clerical support as requested.
- Provide security assistance for the Continuing Care Center Lobby.
Requirements
- Knowledge of general office procedures and proper telephone etiquette.
- Takes accurate messages.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete clerical tasks within the required timeframe.
- Must be familiar with all Thompson Health safety procedures.
EDUCATION:
- High School diploma or GED required.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum one year customer service experience required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, and Outlook preferred.
- Experience with elderly and disabled preferred.
Pay Range: $15.00 - $19.00
Starting Pay: $15.00 - $16.00
