Description

  • Greet and direct customers to the Continuing Care Center, answer telephones and take messages.
  • Provide a welcoming atmosphere in the lobby and maintain a pleasant environment.
  • Provide clerical support as requested.
  • Provide security assistance for the Continuing Care Center Lobby.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of general office procedures and proper telephone etiquette.
  • Takes accurate messages.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete clerical tasks within the required timeframe.
  • Must be familiar with all Thompson Health safety procedures.

 

EDUCATION:

  •   High School diploma or GED required.

 

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum one year customer service experience required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, and Outlook preferred.
  • Experience with elderly and disabled preferred.

 

Pay Range: $15.00 - $19.00

Starting Pay: $15.00 - $16.00
