Schedule: per diem. The schedule will be based on CNA classes. The session is typically 6 weeks and includes both classroom and clinical rotations.

Main Job Function:

• Responsible for delivering engaging training program, overseeing clinical development, and promoting best practices in resident care. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver classroom instruction and hands-on clinical training for CNA certification
• Monitor and evaluate trainees' performance and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain accurate training records and required documentation 
• Work with members of the long term care team to determine opportunities within the CCC
• Act as a liaison between the class and management
• Set up testing with Prometric

Requirements:

• Valid NYS license as a RN
• 1 yr. experience in Long Term Care
• Experience with guiding CNA students through the testing process
• Excellent organizational skills
• Adult Train the Trainer or experience teaching strongly preferred

Position Pay Range: $37.00-50.00/hour

Starting Pay: Based on experience
