Description
The Manager, Area Recruiting, is responsible for providing leadership to plan, organize and direct operational activities and strategies for the assigned area. This position is responsible for the hiring of Recruiting Managers and oversees their positions and controls operational performance in compliance with established Centerline procedures. This position develops professional relationships and works directly with the area teams, the Field Compliance Department and the Support Center. The Manager, Area Recruiting, has responsibility for fulfilling sales and support, motivates, trains, retains and holds accountable the staff that ultimately delivers net operating income, impacting shareholder value. While this position is considered remote, this candidate will need to be located in one of these states: Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Connecticut, Missouri, Michigan, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Tennessee.
Salary: The salary for this position is anticipated to be $74,116 - $92,644 per year plus incentive. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including but not limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills and experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive skills and experience. Responsibilities:
- Maintain recruitment data and provide updates to leadership on progress and activities. Establish targets, monitor results, and develop action plans for improvement.
- Provide strategic analysis of labor demographics, employment trends, and market competition. Advocate action to maximize opportunities and minimize risks.
- Ensure integrity of the recruitment process and streamline procedures.
- Conduct client and driver visits regularly, ensuring positive customer service experiences.
- Promote company reputation as a "best place to work."
- Oversee development, delivery, and measurement of training programs for team members.
- Manage and train recruiting managers, providing coaching and mentoring.
- Collaborate with other Recruiting Managers and with the Sales, Service, and Compliance Departments.
- Spend significant time in the field to observe and recommend improvements.
- Work in partnership with other TrueBlue Brands when applicable to achieve or maintain a dominant position in the respective markets.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and conduct safety meetings.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or 4 years of management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Multi-Unit Management experience preferred.
- 3 years of Transportation experience preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and success in delivering results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Desire to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time (Area can include several states and represent vast geographic areas)
- Valid driver's license and a car that can be used for work.
