Overview:
The Sales Compensation Director is a high-impact, strategic Human Resources (HR) role for an experienced sales compensation professional who thrives as a hands-on practitioner. As an individual contributor, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of sales incentive compensation programs across the organization for all brands while having the opportunity to shape policies and processes that drive business success. This role offers the autonomy to influence key decisions, collaborate with senior leadership, and directly contribute to the company's growth through innovative sales compensation solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement sales incentive compensation programs that align with business objectives and drive sales performance
- Establish and refine policies, procedures, and documentation for compensation initiatives, rules of engagement, controls and compliance, and revenue attribution
- Oversee the HR administration and eligibility of commission payments, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency
- Provide insights and recommendations through in-depth analysis and total compensation effectiveness
- Partner with senior management and key stakeholders to optimize compensation strategies and support sales success
- Develop and deliver annual plan documents and training programs to enhance sales teams' understanding of compensation structures
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience, with a Bachelor's degree or 6 years, and a Master's degree or a PhD with 3 year's experience or equivalent experience
- Deep expertise in sales compensation program design, administration, and optimization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to create and interpret complex data and drive strategic recommendations through tools like Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, and reports and dashboards in our Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) system
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience influencing senior leadership
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in sales compensation
- Provides creative and practical solutions to issues and understands the interrelationships of different disciplines
- Directs the application of existing principles and guides the development of new policies and ideas
- Understands and works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- Documents methods and procedures for existing and new assignments
- Exercises judgment in evaluating and adapting complex techniques and criteria to drive positive sales team behaviors to obtain strategic business results

Salary Range:
The starting range which will be offered to the selected candidate will be between $120,000 - $130,000 per year, plus eligibility for annual bonus, subject to plan terms. The full range for the position is $120,000 - $168,000.
Pay is based on qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training and other considerations permitted by law. We consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with applicable law.
