Take on a rewarding and prominent leadership role in a Magnet® designated and world-class health organization. The Nurse Service Supervisor 2 is responsible for assisting with clinical management and administrative coordination of the nursing unit. The position is a combination of direct clinical care and administrative responsibilities.
Hourly Salary Range: $59.67 - $138.60
Qualifications
We are seeking a highly skilled, self-starter with:
Current California RN license required.
BSN or MSN required with 2 years of recent acute care experience required
BLS from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association required.
2 years of experience as an operating room registered nurse preferred

o Skills in coaching and assisting staff in:
- developing a plan of care including setting goals, monitoring and documenting progress
- implementing interventions that are pertinent to goals established in the plan of care
- evaluating the effective of interventions toward the attainment of established goals and
- recognizing the need to reassess or reset goal parameter
