Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Set enterprise-wide collections and loss mitigation strategy, defining scalable policies, controls, and cross‑functional alignment with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and business units.
- Lead end‑to‑end delinquency and loss mitigation operations, driving portfolio performance through KPIs while ensuring consistent execution across internal teams and vendors.
- Oversee consumer, mortgage, and small business hardship programs, ensuring regulatory and investor compliance while balancing loss minimization with customer retention.
- Manage regulatory, compliance, and risk governance, including exams, audits, issue management, and adherence to all servicing and consumer protection standards.
- Advance analytics, technology, and innovation through predictive modeling, digital platforms, automation, and data‑driven strategy refinement.
- Develop organizational talent and vendor ecosystems, building a high‑performing, collaborative team and ensuring third‑party partners meet quality, compliance, and cost‑efficiency expectations.
