WHAT YOU'LL DO:
We are looking for a seasoned Allocations Manager, that will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Allocations Team, Processes & Rules, ensuring they run in a smooth, coordinated & optimized manner, in coordination with key company departments.
This Manager will oversee all the Brands in our portfolio (Volcom, Spyder, Billabong, RVCA, Quiksilver, Roxy, Captain Fin, Honolua). The scope of the role encompasses executing the allocation & pick strategy for own operated and 3PL distribution centers, for our 3 sales channels: Wholesale, retail & outlet, and ecommerce.
This highly collaborative role is a perfect junction between Production, Logistics, Distribution Centers, Sales & Customer Service – and as such is a very rewarding and technically progressive experience.
As a key partner in Operations, this person will report directly to the Vice President of Distribution and Logistics.
Description :
- Directs daily allocations procedures for multiple warehouses and brand portfolio.
- Coordinates generation and issue Pick Tickets prior to release to warehouses.
- Ensures special handling accounts needs, daily allocation specs and special projects.
- Updates the in-house department of all ERP updates and changes.
- Guarantees appropriate stakeholders execute backorder maintenance and follow through on inventory issues that withhold optimum available inventory split.
- Provides allocations support and assistance to sales teams.
- Works with Credit, Sales and CSR departments on related issues that inhibit shipping.
- Meets weekly with DC Management to secure & maintain monthly goals.
- Resolves daily allocations issues within ERP & WMS.
- Maintains order file via reporting and system operations to maximize inventory value.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Apparel industry background is highly desirable.
- ERP and WMS software experience, particularly Full Circle and Manhattan Scale Solution.
- MS Excel advanced knowledge such as Pivot Tables and enhanced formulas.
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; OR three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A work ethic based on accountability and excellent service.
- Communicates effectively, often needing to provide thorough reasoning.
- A methodological, organized & disciplined approach to problem solving.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Manage time to meet tight deadlines while remaining organized, detail-oriented, accurate and thorough.
- This position requires working out of our Costa Mesa Office, California - in line with current Hybrid work schedule.

Liberated Brands is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Costa Mesa, CA is $80,000 - $90,000. This position is hybrid and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location.
