Description
Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch technicians/drivers/service calls efficiently
- Answer incoming customer calls and provide excellent customer service
- Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, service updates, and general inquiries
- Assist with accounts receivable duties, including customer payment follow-up and collections
- Maintain accurate customer records and dispatch logs
- Coordinate with office staff and field personnel to ensure smooth daily operations
- Perform general administrative and office support duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous dispatch and/or customer service experience preferred
- Accounts receivable experience preferred but not required
- Strong phone, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing daily responsibilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
