About the Role:
Are you passionate about compliance, privacy, and process improvement? Join Yardi as a Compliance Specialist, where you'll play a key role in supporting our compliance and privacy programs while partnering with teams across the organization. In this dynamic role, you'll help ensure compliance obligations are met, support audit and privacy-related activities, maintain critical documentation, and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our compliance operations.
As a trusted partner to business, product, and support teams, you'll manage compliance requests and workflows, coordinate vendor documentation, maintain accurate compliance records, and assist with privacy-related requests. You'll also have the opportunity to improve processes, support compliance technology platforms, and help drive operational excellence across the organization. What You'll Do:
- Support the Compliance and Audit team by managing compliance documentation and responding to audit-related requests from internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate compliance activities across business units and vendors to help ensure accurate records and adherence to established requirements.
- Assist with the intake, tracking, and resolution of compliance and privacy-related requests, including data privacy inquiries.
- Maintain and support compliance and privacy tools, helping troubleshoot issues and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes, streamline workflows, and promote consistency across compliance programs.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, legal studies, compliance, or related discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three plus (3+) years of experience in compliance, audit support, legal operations, or related field
- Experience using CRM and document management systems
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze and improve processes for efficiency and compliance
- Strong customer service orientation
Ideal to Have:
- Familiarity with data privacy principles and regulatory compliance standards

Annual Salary Range: $72,000 - $76,500
