Description

About the Role:

We're looking for a sharp, detail-loving Paralegal who thrives at the intersection of law, technology, and teamwork. In this role, you'll partner with in-house attorneys and outside counsel to keep litigation, investigations, and compliance efforts running smoothly—and on deadline. You'll be a go-to organizer, researcher, and problem-solver, juggling everything from discovery and legal holds to contracts, invoices, and regulatory updates. If you enjoy turning complexity into clarity, collaborating across departments, and keeping impeccable records, you'll feel right at home here. Bonus points if you're curious, proactive, and ready to learn something new every day.

What You'll Do:

  • Support in-house attorneys and outside counsel with litigation, subpoenas, and discovery by following established processes, managing deadlines, and keeping matters organized and on track.
  • Contribute to regulatory and compliance efforts by supporting legal projects tied to evolving business operations and applicable laws.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment to respond to requests, manage legal workflows, and ensure timely, high-quality support across the organization.
  • Respond to general requests from clients, vendors, and internal customers across various departments.

Who You Are:

  • Associate's degree or paralegal certification; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior relevant work experience, preferably as a corporate or law firm paralegal.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail, openness to feedback and direction
  • Ability to stay organized, prioritize, manage time, and multitask in a deadline-driven environment
  • Accountability for completing projects with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work both independently and as a contributing team member
  • Clear and concise oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft® Word, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Research and presentation skills
  • Desire to learn and grow in the position

Ideal to Have:

  • Current (or willingness to obtain) Notary Public appointment
  • Basic contract review and analysis experience
  • Advanced Microsoft® Office Suite, Office365, and SharePoint experience, especially with Microsoft® Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Advanced Adobe® Acrobat Pro experience
