As we scale across the UK and US markets, we're looking for a Senior Accountant who's ready to take ownership, support a small but high-performing finance team, and play a pivotal role in our next stage of growth.
What You'll Be Doing
As our Senior Accountant, you'll have a broad, hands-on remit with real influence across the business:
Lead Financial Reporting
- Own monthly reporting cycles and annual accounts
- Manage the reporting process end-to-end
- Personally handle complex technical accounting areas
Improve Our FinOps
- Build and integrate our finance tech stack into the wider Yardi ecosystem
- Partner with Sales Ops to automate processes like On-Demand sales and full-time office invoicing
Oversee Day-to-Day Finance
- Support and oversee the work of our management accountant and outsourced bookkeeping partners
- Own billing and cash collection for our core full-time office brokerage product
Be a Trusted Advisor
- Collaborate with teams across Sales, Supply, and Operations
- Provide insights on the financial impact of decisions and business performance
Drive Strategic Projects
- Lead finance workstreams for new product launches and international expansion
- Support high-impact growth initiatives across the organisation
What You Bring
- A relevant degree or chartered accounting qualification
- Strong post-qualification experience—ideally in a tech-focused environment
- A hands-on approach across technical accounting, reporting, and process improvement
- Comfort with new technologies and a passion for automation and efficiency
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to wider company goals
This role offers flexibility with hybrid working, with access to our Waterloo office.
