Position summary:  Serve as the customer service interface between the customer and Bay Advanced Technologies for handling all customer RMA's The Quality/RMA Coordinator must be effective and efficient with processing all customer requests for returns with minimal direct supervision. This must be accomplished by utilizing the company distribution software (P21) and manufacturing software (M2M) along with various other software tools under the guidelines of company policies and procedures.

 

General Purpose: The Quality/RMA must ensure any product Rework, Repair, Upgrade or Re-stock are handled with a high focus on customer satisfaction.

 

Role qualifications: 

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact well with people. Must be detailed oriented and have good organizational skills. Have the ability to be a team player working with a diverse group and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

 

Position responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming RMA requests to customer (Max. 24 hrs)
  • Handle internal DMR's including job order replenishment, paperwork/inventory transactions
  • Coordinate stock purge requests

 

Essential skills and experience:

  • Ability to deal with customers on phones and in person, the ability to multi-task and handle difficult situations professionally.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer experience with Windows, Outlook, Internet Explorer
  • RMA experience with knowledge of purchase order, RMA and DMR processes. Have a general understanding of credit and debit memo processes.
