- At least five years of related work experience required.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study or equivalent years of related work experience required.
SKILLS & ABILITIES:

- Must have knowledge of general warehousing practices and procedures

- May be required to work in mezzanines or material handling equipment up to 35 feet in height
ATTENDANCE:
- Regular attendance required.
SOME DUTIES:
- Manages all operations related to the receipt of merchandise into the Apparel department of the Distribution Center.
- Manages a diverse workforce of 80 plus associates, including hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, disciplining, and terminating.
- Analyzes operations, and develops and implements processes and procedures to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness.
- Verifies receipt of shipments against purchase orders.
- Records damages incurred.
- Maintains records of department activities.
- Follows up on issue resolution with Vendor Compliance department.
- Prepares and maintains necessary records and reports.
- Required to learn company policies and procedures.
- Required to learn company safety rules.
